This page applies to businesses, venues, and providers (including salons, sports and wellness facilities) and their owners or authorized representatives ("Business", "you") that use TIK.GE to manage availability and receive bookings, including through the Altegio integration. Privacy Policy (Business)
1. Overview
TIK GE ("we", "us", or "our") operates TIK.GE, a platform that lets businesses manage their services, staff, schedules, and bookings, and connect with the Altegio booking system. This Privacy Policy explains what business and personal information we collect from Businesses, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Information We Collect from Businesses
- Business name and registration details
- Owner and staff contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses)
- Locations, addresses, and working hours
- Services, pricing, and team member assignments
- Appointment and reservation data
- Altegio account identifiers and integration settings
3. Data Received Through Altegio
When a Business connects its Altegio account, we receive and process business, staff, service, schedule, and appointment data through Altegio's API in order to synchronize availability and bookings. Data received through Altegio is used solely to facilitate booking, management, and related services, and is not used for any unrelated purpose.
4. How We Use Business Information
We use this information to operate the platform, synchronize availability and bookings between TIK.GE and Altegio, connect Businesses with customers, process payments where applicable, provide support, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.
5. Sharing of Information
We share information with customers as necessary to complete bookings, and with service providers such as Altegio and payment processors that help us operate the platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. TIK.GE does not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Business Responsibilities
The Business is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to share customer and staff data with TIK.GE, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents from its own customers and personnel.
7. Data Retention
We retain business and related personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When the data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Businesses and individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting info@tik.ge. Disconnecting the Altegio integration stops further synchronization of data from Altegio.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes & Contact

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the TIK.GE platform by Businesses and their authorized representatives, operated by TIK GE (Reg. No. 405766390). By creating a business account or connecting an Altegio account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the Business and to enter into these Terms, and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
3. The Service
TIK.GE provides tools for Businesses to manage services, staff, schedules, and bookings, and to receive reservations from customers. TIK.GE acts as a booking and management platform and is not a party to the services the Business provides to its customers.
4. Altegio Integration
If you connect an Altegio account, you authorize TIK.GE to access and synchronize the relevant business, staff, service, schedule, and appointment data through Altegio's API. You are responsible for your Altegio account and for complying with Altegio's applicable terms. You may disconnect the integration at any time.
5. Business Obligations
- Provide accurate business, service, and availability information.
- Honor confirmed bookings and clearly communicate your cancellation policies.
- Use the Service lawfully and not disrupt or attempt unauthorized access.
- Comply with applicable laws regarding your customers and staff.
6. Fees and Payments
Where fees or payment processing apply, the applicable terms will be made available to you. You are responsible for any taxes related to your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by TIK GE or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own business content and grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIK GE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Privacy, Changes & Contact
